At Juice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance electronics, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all original equipment. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Juice account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Electronics

  Carefully place the device in its original box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure safe transit and full credit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
